There are many more benefits to this wonderful nutrient that we can discuss but it is worth noting that if you want to increase your intake of turmeric then you need to buy a tablet that is standardized to 95% curcumin. Standardized does not mean that there is more, in fact it means that the manufacturers have had the tablet prepared by molecular distilling the turmeric. This makes the turmeric stand up straight and is of pharmaceutical grade.

For those of you who do not like the taste of turmeric or do not like the way it looks you can always get the need to take advantage of the health giving properties of turmeric through taking Turmeric tablets. The problem with taking it in pill form though is that high doses do have side effects and need to be taken on a regular basis.
