One suggestion is to eat most meals with just vegetables or fruits. A handful of almonds or walnuts or a piece of cheese is good for the brain also. Some bodybuilders will tell you to eat like a bird and take 8 times what you need and get bigger. My suggestion is to start small and work up. Take your weight and reduce it some more. Find replacements and do the same exercises as you normally would, but feed your body with what it needs and not more.
