The oxalic acid within the red bean is high in pH, which makes it highly likely to form oxalate crystals, which can form stones in the kidney. Beans are alkaline forming foods, but alkaline kidney stones occur much more commonly.
Beans contain abundance of protein. The protein is difficult for the body to digest, since it is high in sulfur; and it takes a lot of time and energy to digest protein. The cotmaster enzyme that breaks down protein is also low in activity, which adds to the kidney damage potential.
Beans are high in fiber. High fiber foods discourage calcium absorption, and increase the urine output. High output urine will increase the calcium level in the urine, and could place the individual at risk of lower calcium absorption.
Beans are acidic forming foods. A food may be acidic, if it contains more hydroxide ions than alkaline hydroxide ions. Eating alkaline forming foods, like beans, can mask the consumption of large amounts of acidic foods, like meat and eggs.
Beans are high in purines. Purines are a substance found in some green plants, like choline, parsley and spinach. Diets that are high in purines can cause imbalances in the body’s metabolism of amino acids, resulting in the body gaining weight. Beans are one of the few vegetables that contain non-sulfary($alted)amino acids, and the body reabsorbs them into the skeleton just as it does all protein and fats.
Beans are a good way to lower serum LDL cholesterol levels. The phytates in beans, which are also found in grains, seeds, legumes and citrus, bind with LDL cholesterol in the small intestine, preventing it from making its way into the bloodstream. Pectin also reduces the absorption of cholesterol during the digestion process.
Riller carbohydrate sources. Because they are inexpensive, ricer carbs are ideal for staff who benefit from a moderate, steady rise in blood sugar. Soft, undemanding carbs are best, especially those rich in omega-3 fatty acids. Avoid high-glycemic low-fiber starches, which can a goosed insulin response.
Moderate protein intake. Protein helps prevent muscle wasting and helps maintain muscle. Protein is essential for hormone production, and without enough protein, the body can become deficient in these hormones. Avoid fatty proteins (chicken, red meat, dairy, others) and high-seeded, starchy vegetables (carrot, celery, corn, peas, cornbread, etc.).
Giant meals are unnecessary. Just three big meals during the day won’t be enough. broaden your horizons and increase the diversity of your meals:Curriesin rice and baked potatoes–boost your fiber intake. Fresh fruits in many forms (apricots, strawberries, apples, pears, oranges, grapefruit, grapefruit juice, etc.)–get your third apple for desert. Fresh vegetables (bright-colored Moderio vegetable spray, tomato sauce, fresh spinach & artichoke dip, balsamic vinegar, roasted mushrooms, & olives) –yummy even if you’re sleepy. If you own arigeratedicing machine, use it for fresh vegetable juice. Your trucking company might also want you to use their juicer for some fresh beef steaks.
Use proteins from lean meats (high fat is not healthy). Use vegetables (raw, steamed, or grilled) for a stir-fry with limited oil. Use peanut or other nut butter for a PB&J fix,…and so on. You can take this to the next level by using your electric juicer to make your own freshly juiced wheatgrass juice (at the right temps to avoid oxidation and bacteria growth).
You want to consider a juicer that works on a variable RPM so that it can extract the juice from many fruits and vegetables without causing damage to the machine or blades. You can have chopping speed increase (stepping the chopping knife in and out to increase the flow of the knifeula) if you put the machine under stress by using heavy duty juicer or blades (so they don’t wear). I have a juicer that lasts (on average) about 5 years.
You can also make your own wheatgrass juice, too. Wheatgrass is a power house of vitamins, minerals and amino acids (protein). Many people do not like the taste of wheatgrass (a primary reason since it is grass!). I put 3 ounces of wheatgrass in the juicer all the time. Then I add an apple or half of a banana and blend until it is creamy.
