I am going to let you know right now that I am 100% on living foods, what you have been telling me for years and now I want to share with you the knowledge that I have gained in my own personal experience. I wanted to you guys and gals that are tired of the typical hot fudge brownies, sticky sweet rolled brownies, and pound cake anymore. I want to heal you guys and gals from your sickness. You sick people need the help of someone that is an expert in the field and can teach you how to heal quickly and efficiently.
You say that I am a little heavy into healing and you are probably right I am, but I never got into details about my healing unless I were feeling good and confident enough to talk about it. I never grew up around a mom who was always around the house or around aunts, uncles or a grandma, so I never had a grandma to teach me how to cook or to heal. That’s why I never had to rely on anyone else to teach me how to cook or to heal. Although I have helped many people to choose whole foods and to heal, I never felt comfortable enough to share my whole body and health related decisions with my friends and family.
So for those of you who are sick and need to angry-eat a rainbow, it’s easy enough. Just choose whole foods or little food groups and you will be able to feel the difference almost immediately.
70-100 days-Mandatory changes require constant attention to detail if you are to succeed at weight loss.
3 Main Processes

To teach you how to eat whole foods
Joel: Rainbow is a color, not a diet.
Kenny: No “Rainbow,” no “elephant-itis.”
Joel: There’s no need to feel bad about eating meat.
Kenny: No need to eat meat to heal the body.
Joel: tell them that there is a specifically American Indian proverb that says:
There are more things than I can eat.
And when he says “eat these things and you will heal.”
You should feel good about loving yourself enough to take in only the activities you love.
As a Couple
documentaries, interference, foreign television programs, different accents, music, and art, activities, and a wide range of ideas from diverse cultures.
My family reflects this very well. Here is a sampler of experiences and a journal I wrote as a teenager. It reflects my growth, development, loves, L’s and D’s, and the early stages of our relationship.
As a child, I learned a lot about healing and hope and loss and loss of a family.
What I am trying to convey to you is that there is a light at the end of the tunnel.
There is a magical experience we can share together.
You have to let go of control, anxiety, and fear.
You have to allow yourself to fall into the moment like a child.
You have to trust yourself and feel good about the choices you make.
Before you can meditate, you have to have the right attitude.
Have you talked to your doctor about your concerns?
Are you currently taking the right vitamins and supplements?
definately, your nutritional needs to keep yourself healthy, strong, not sick, and full of energy.
Are you willing to remove gluten from your diet?
Are you willing to eat foods that you have been avoiding because of unknown intestinal allergens?
Before you can start meditating, you need to have the right situation.
You are not going to be able to do courtyard work, yard work, or household chores if you are not channeling your frustrations into something productive. This is where ‘putting your anger in Others’ territory comes into play.
How do you then channel your spare energy into useful action?
Here are a few suggestions:
• Do something out of the ordinary. If you are a housefly, put your thoughts into the floorboards. If you are feeling good, give yourself a treat.
• Do not be afraid to make a simple error. For example: pasta doesn’t shrink; itbles and spl typo. Add an extra half minute to your pasta recipe and you will have a much better product.
• Break the rules. For example: pasta can have tomato sauce with a meat sauce or meat and tomato sauce. It can have, but it won’t have sauce.
• Throw pasta in the blender and it will still blend.
• Wrap it up. Wraps can be made out of practically anything.
