Banana and Mascarpone Day
Banana is well-known and highly affordable. Kids love bananas.
Mascarpone is a distinctive cheese with a distinctive taste. This recipe uses a unique and delicious taste for breakfast.
This recipe calls for de-seeded vanilla mushrooms. If you don’t have de-seeded, you can use fresh.
How do you use a recipe like this?
Banana and Mascarpone Recipe
For the Salmon
Mix together one egg, salmon, milk, baking powder, cream of tartar, ½ teaspoon salt and black pepper.
Add ½ cup of heavy cream and mix into the egg mixture.
Pour into a greased pizza pan.
Cook at 350 degrees for approximately 20 minutes.
Glaze:
Heat 2 tablespoons of butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
Stir in 1 cup of glaze mixture and keep simmering until reduced to 1 tablespoon.

Almonds, chopped, at room temperature
Sesame seeds, chopped, in a bowl
Fruit, such as, strawberries, blueberries, cranberries, raspberries, mango, papaya, or melon, cubed

Cereal with Mushroom Sauce
Prepare the oatmeal, place in a large saucepan. Mix together the beef, mushrooms, porridge, celery salt, pepper, and onion, and cook until meat is cooked through.
Stir in the porridge, cooking until it is heated through, then add the beef, mushrooms, and onions.
Simmer another 30 minutes.
Remove the sauce from the heat, and serve.
