The key to effectively treat Candida is to bring the PH level of the yogurt to a neutral state, so the bacteria will not grow. There are three ways to achieve this neutral state:
The first way is simply to avoid eating sugar. The common sources of sugar are in processed foods, such as sweets, cakes, candy, jams, etc. Avoid those foods in your diet like fruits, grains, and dairy products.
The second way is by eating natural foods. There are many alternatives to sugar such as fruit, honey, maple syrup, molasses, rice syrup, and stevia, however, some of them have slight calories, and you will need to check the nutritional content of each one. The best way to minimize sugar intake is to drink skim milk and eat only natural foods. Oils are very high in sugar, so do not choose them when you can avoid it. The last way, and the most effective way, is to take a yeast-lowering diet. This diet helps to reduce the level of candida in your body. I diet usually starts with six meals a day, with each consisting of two proteins and two starches, eating natural foods, such as fruits and vegetables, preferably raw. Drink plenty of water, at least two liters per day, and theoccasionallycounter-acid. The last thing I do is to take a half-aker of apple cider vinegar every evening, up to three times per day.
Another way to reduce the candida count is to put it in hip pockets, on the butt, or any other place that it might look. You put it there so that it stays out of the way.
