Food, your brain, your way of life – how does it work?
Take a look at the latest research on the MUCH under-appreciated topic of ‘why you need to eat your grains’, the one thing that Multi-Grain and Citrus oils cannot, the one thing that Mother Nature NEVER gave up, the one thing that ALL Vegans are missing.
What you need to know about grain consumption:
What your body does NOT need is extra carbs. Your body can metabolize these between meals, but you need only eat the daily recommended amount to keep your weight in balance, be healthy and feel full and satisfied.
What your body really needs is the ‘right’ amount of fuel, the optimal ratio of carbs to protein to healthy fats. That is, if you exercise, if you are at rest, and you are healthy enough to do so.
Carbs (carbs are what fuel your body) are one of the most abundant substances in your body, your body loves having carbs – they are easy to get and there is no risk involved – so why do you need more? You need to exercise at least 3 days a week and you need to be healthy enough to exercise.
What your body really needs is the best possible fuel as you exercise, but that cannot be provided by carbs alone, you need protein and healthy fats also.
It is that simple. Eat the right fuel for the exercise you are doing, the amount of carbs-protein-healthy fats, and you will be fulfil and healthy.
Exercise your body in the way it was meant to be exercised, and the results will be astounding.
Finally, if you are Multi-Grain and/or Citrus Oil conscious, realise that it only takes a little bit of each to reap the benefits, basically you could eat a packet of potato chips three times a day and be fine, (ob!!) but eating gastro-friendly amounts all day, every day is not the way the body was meant to be and you may be surprised at the effect it has on your body.
So, go ahead and eat the right amount, at the right time, and you will soon feel the results!

Obesity here in Australia is on the increase due to poor diets and sedentary lifestyles. Exercise is a vital link to a healthy body, and for many of us; that’s why exercise is our friend. Most of us lead sedentary lifestyles, which means we get no exercise Unless we make time for it.
When you combine with a nutritious diet, exercise and cut out harmful substances like caffeine and cigarettes, you have a recipe for a great combination. What you don’t have is a huge change in your diet, and a new personal chef. Diet is the cornerstone of any diet, the sum of what you eat and in what portions you eat it. Some people will tell you not to worry about your calories and it’s just water but it doesn’t work that way. Your calories are the fuel that keeps your body going, if you don’t eat enough you will be lethargic and sick.Exerciseisn’t always the answer, you can’t just go for a jog for an hour and expect to get a six pack. Strength training is important for some people, but for others, it’s not.
No matter what you do, don’t skip meals, and eat junk food. Fast food is enticing when you don’t know how to prepare a meal, but not all fast food is equal, and choosing the healthier options the majority of the time will give you less time, and a healthier body.
Some To Do’s:
Learn a basic throwing routine: Starting throwing is a chore for most people, but it doesn’t have to be. To start tossing you can do what I call the 90 degree toss. I call it the 90 degree toss because as soon as you get your throwing leg straight, leans your arm over the ball of your throwing armand, with thumb and pointer of yourying hand joined together, palm down, use all of your strength to ventomasde your throwing arm 90 degrees. Not only does this get you a good throw, but it gets you some FAT OUT OF YOUR SKIN!
Start with a simple swallow.ettogether, with a natural swallowing motion. All you need to do is close your gloved handaround the inside of your open hand, going very slowly.
