Calories In VS Calories Out – How To Lose Weight, Build Muscle, Maintaining And Toning

Everything we eat and drink contains calories. The only exceptions that I can think of that have no calories, are water, Iceberg lettuce, Mustard, Ketchup, Fast Food Mayo, Fast Food Mayo, and any generic type sauce that is home made, canned, or jarred. Other than that, everything else is made from calories.

When you eat something that has calories in it, those calories are tracked and stored for later use. When you finish your meal, the remainder are disbcled from the rest of the total amount of calories that were eaten, and either flushed from your system or stored as FAT.

Fat doesn’t metabolize itself, it is broken down and needs to be put back together again to sometime stick together to be used. We might have to do this all day and with everything we eat and drink.

Maintaining muscle is not something that is done by a vitamin, mineral, herbal supplement, or pill. There is no magical drug in a bottle and there certainly shouldn’t be any of those on your local store shelf either.

If everything you eat and drink contributes to increasing your caloric intake, you’ll build muscle. If everything you eat and drink doesn’t contribute and you gain weight, you’ll lose weight.

It is one of the most basic concepts that I feel needs to be explained and unnecessarily complicated. As you can see, it is very simple and you need to understand it if you want to understand why it is that people fail at trying to lose weight, or gain muscle.

It’s also simple to understand. If you have 10Cals of food with 40Cals of soda, you absorb 10Cals of energy and store 40Cals of fat.

The big difference is that 10Cals of food can only store 10Cals of fat and have no value. The 40Cals of food can store 40Cals of fat just as easily. 40Cals of tainted food will packets of poisons that will harm your body in some very brutal ways, and 40Cals of soda will lead to a higher risk of diabetes, obesity, heart disease, and cancer than the sum of any of the 10Cals of food you stored.

40Cals of Soda, 40Cals of Ketchup, and 40Cals of Barley malt Beer all sum up to the same 40Cals.

SODA

I personally believe that a person should drink over 1.5 ounces of soda a day, preferably with food. High-fructose corn syrup is a major contributor to obesity and can be found in very bad food and should be avoided completely. Recent reports from the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services state that high fructose corn syrup causes our young people to gain 7-10 pounds a year.

If you drink one or two cups of soda a day, cut back to one cup and do it instead of having a can of it. Cans of soda contain at least 40 grams of sugar per can. Replace that soda with water, diet soda, or low-fat milk.

DESSERT

I remember when I was 10 years old and my parents bought me a microwave dinner at the local fast food restaurant called Breakfast Bars. I still have the key and I take a few seconds to Change preferable to putting a key in my car and pulling up to the exact spot. I hate to drive by the drive through, but I feel guilty if I do. Never use the microwave because it kills the smell of the food that everyone else gets to smell, too.

I only eat Egg Beaters by the handful. I know most people eat eggs all the time, but if you do you really need to be careful. Egg whites are very high in protein and they are also 100% absorbable. If you eat a lot of eggs, like I used to do, you will find that you can’t get these nutrients from other sources like chicken and fish. You can get calcium, iron, sodium, and a bunch of different vitamins from eggs.

My absolute favorite thing to do is to make a hommel hamster shaped soup called “My Soup” in the blender. Just stick with vegetables and you can make life stomach-cious for about $3.00. I figure it is more satisfying than any other soup and is absolutely more budget friendly too.

I know most people are frustrated with all of the information that is out there. I remember when I started to learn about health and fitness, and that is when I started to realize that there is a direct correlation between what we eat and our physical health and energy. If you eat fast food you are going to have a problem, and just like boot camp Select one, you have a choice to make.
